Challenge
This client reached out to us to manage the overhaul of their Ponsonby charcter villa. The home lacked indoor-outdoor flow, with only a small backyard area and neighbours very close by they wanted to make the most of their living area, while maintaining an element of privacy. They also wanted to make room for off-street parking at the front and finish the look with a white picket fence for added curb-appeal.
Solution
Inside the house we modernised the bathroom, added a laundry and installed shelving in the master bedroom. On request of the owners, we added more villa-style touches like arched hallways to enhance the character of the interior.
Result
With careful attention to detail, increased indoor-outdoor flow and fresh, quality paint job the home now perfectly meshes with the client’s lifestyle. This has all been achieved with our expert guidance to ensure that the project was completed within the allocated timeframe and budget.
